Eligibility for Logo Use
Certified customers in good standing may use the TE ISO SOLUTIONS certification mark on approved media, including:
- Brochures and marketing materials
- Letterhead and company stationery
- Envelopes and business cards
- Select product packaging (with prior approval)
Scope Limitations
If the certification scope does not cover all products, services, locations, or facilities of an organization, the following rules apply:
- Marketing materials bearing the mark must clearly indicate the certified scope
- The mark shall not suggest that all products, services, sites, or locations are covered
- Any ambiguity about the scope of certification must be avoided
Customers must ensure that their use of the mark does not mislead clients, stakeholders, or the public about the extent of their certification.
Proper Use of the Logo
Size and Proportion
- The logo may be resized proportionally
- All elements of the mark must remain clearly distinguishable
- The aspect ratio must be maintained—do not stretch, distort, or alter proportions
Prohibited Alterations
The certification mark cannot be altered, modified, or combined with other elements in any way that:
- Changes its appearance or meaning
- Removes or obscures any part of the mark
- Adds text, graphics, or effects to the mark
Protecting Reputation and Trust
Clients must not use the TE ISO SOLUTIONS certification mark in any manner that could:

- Imply endorsement of products or services outside the certified scope
- Create confusion about the certification status
Scope Reductions
When the scope of certification is reduced:
- The customer must immediately revise all promotional materials
- Updated materials must accurately reflect the reduced scope
- Any references to previously certified products or services must be removed
- Verification of updated materials may be requested during surveillance audits
Suspension or Revocation
Upon suspension or revocation of certification:
- The customer must immediately cease all use of the certification mark
- All promotional materials featuring the mark must be discontinued
- Marketing collateral must be removed from websites, brochures, and stationery
- Use of the mark may only resume after certification is fully reinstated
Prohibited Uses
Clients are strictly prohibited from placing the TE ISO SOLUTIONS mark on:
- Laboratory test reports
- Calibration certificates
- Product test results
- Any document that implies product testing or calibration certification
Our certification mark relates to management system certification only and must not be confused with product testing or calibration accreditation.
Contractual Obligations
Proper use of the certificate and certification mark is a contractual obligation. Compliance is monitored through:
- Regular surveillance audits
- Certification renewal assessments
- Random reviews of client marketing materials
Consequences of Misuse
Misuse of the certificate or certification mark may lead to:
- Requests for correction and corrective action
- Formal warnings and required remediation
- Suspension of certification
- Revocation of certification

- Legal action where necessary
