Staff and Subcontractor Requirements

All TE ISO SOLUTIONS employees, subcontractors, committee members, and personnel involved in certification activities are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. Any information obtained during:

  • On-site or remote audits
  • Document reviews
  • Inspection and testing activities
  • Business consultations
  • Any other client engagement

is considered confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without the express written permission of the client, except as required by applicable standards (such as ISO/IEC 17021-1) or legal obligations.

Key Requirements

Our personnel must:

  • Accreditation bodies during assessments

  • Clients requesting access to their own records

Confidentiality Declarations

Every individual associated with TE ISO SOLUTIONS must demonstrate their commitment to confidentiality through formal agreements.
